Consideo Modeler: As Easy As Mind Mapping: Systems Thinking, System Dynamics And Simulation - Paperback

by Kai Neumann (Author)

Until recently systems thinking and modeling was the art of a small elite of experts. Now there is the CONSIDEO MODELER - a software for Windows, Mac and Linux as easy as mind mapping to use, and as sophisticated as other system dynamics or graphical modeling tools. Many companies and organizations use it for way more effective meetings, strategical planning, risk analysis, dynamic business planning, case-management, process optimization, six sigma, mind mapping, change management, visual thinking etc.. This books explains the main features and how to use the MODELER in meetings, how to visualize large projects and processes and how to establish this new possibility of reflection of our daily challenges. It also includes an excerpt of the Know-Why-Thinking, that helps to think of the crucial factors and their likely development including some systemic background of human behavior. The small number of pages is a feature of this book to get you quickly started.
