Dive into a world where cocktails are crafted without a drop of liquor-welcome to The LA Guide to the Non-Alcoholic Movement!

Once Upon a Cocktail shares an exciting new book from their libation series. This publication is an introduction to the movers and shakers who are pioneering Los Angeles' Alcohol-Free (AF) lifestyle. The book highlights unexpected angles and aspects of this growing business sector through interviews and sacred recipes from twelve remarkable entities. The Non-Alcoholic (NA) movement is one of the fastest growing spaces in the "spirit" industry-we use the word "spirit" loosely as it nuzzles its way into that category, even though it's zero proof!

This is an insightful representation from spirit-free stores, bars, bartenders, booze-less renegades, NA ambassadors, pop-up conceptualists, and AF event planners and activation specialists.

Foreword by "Drink Masters" winner LP O'Brien, and featuring Anonymous-the Banksy of the cocktail world-in partnership with Plaid Circus, Stay Zero Proof's beverage director Derek Brown, Redland's The Overland owner-operator Bryan Bruce, Mexican pop-up sensation Bar Nuda, Essie Evans from Shirley's Temple, Brianda Gonzalez of the store-of-stores The New Bar, the dream team at Free Spirited, Thunderbolt's award-winning Tom Liu, Corey Phillips representing Kimpton Everly Hotel, LA superstar Naomi Schimek, Good + Bar founder Daryl Schwartz, and Brynn Smith of Bar Next Door.

Welcome to the clear-headed whirlwind that is Once Upon a Cocktail - The LA Guide to the Non-Alcoholic Movement!
