Simple and Easy: Indian Cooking - Paperback

by Bhani Mani (Author)

For those who hate cooking because it's messy, involves too much effort and hard work, and is hard to get right: It's easier to order takeout than to cook, right?

This is right to some extent, until one realizes that it's all about cooking for someone you love. It's all about cooking when you don't have the money to get takeout every day of the week, or when you are hungry and need food! When I realized all of this, I told myself I had to learn how to cook. It had to be simple, easy, and cheap.

This is where I started my journey with cooking. That's right. This is where you come into the picture as well. Cooking has to be simple, easy, cheap, and doable. All the recipes in this cookbook are perfect for everyday meals and ideal for hosting friends and family for lunch and dinner. Save time; don't spend hours! And, above all, enjoy cooking as much as enjoy eating these meals.

Did I tell you that any leftover can be frozen and reheated when needed? Yes, that's right. By the way, did I tell you leftovers make great lunches for work or school?
