The Cheese Cake Chef - Paperback

by Ann Sullivan (Author)

Hello Ann, the holiday season is quickly approaching and it is our year to host the extended family members at our house. Each year it seems we rotate the host location, but we seem to forget to rotate the menu along with it. This year I would like to amaze my family members with a variety of tasty treats and desserts; PLEASE HELP!"

Have no fear, Ann's Cheesecake Recipes book is to the rescue. Cheesecakes are one of the easiest treats to make. Most of them require very little, if any oven time, you simply mix the ingredients as instructed, pour it into a pan, finish it off with a recommended topping and chill before serving. Cheesecakes are also a favorite of almost everyone at one time or another.

This recipe book is full of recipe ideas for cheesecakes from around the world. When I originally began assembling these recipes, my family enjoyed a new cheesecake idea at least once a month, sometimes more. The Blue Cheesecake, Easy Lemon Cheesecake, and the Amaretto Di Saronno Cheesecake are three of my favorites, as I am sure they will be for others.

These cheesecake recipes can be used any time of the year. In fact, this is one of my favorite recipe books, especially for those occasions when unexpected company shows up and you feel obligated to impress. I've tried to keep most of these simple, quick, and easy to whip together and have ready at a moment's notice. Grab a copy today and surprise your family with a new unique cheesecake idea this holiday season!

Bon Appetit,

Ann Sullivan
