The Compliance Protocol - Hardcover

by Chris Rule (Author)

How do you fight an enemy who can rewrite your thoughts?

In 2037, the world trusts GeneVax, a breakthrough therapy from LifeSpan Genomics, to cure disease and optimize the human body. But when healthcare data analyst Alex Thompson uncovers a disturbing pattern hidden inside patient behavior reports, he realizes GeneVax is more than medicine. It is a design. A method of influence. A quiet reshaping of the human mind.

As Alex digs deeper, the system begins closing in around him. Supervisors question him. Security blocks his access. Friends speak in the same calm reassurances, as if repeating a script only they can see. LifeSpan Genomics does not need his consent. It only needs him compliant.

Forced to flee the life he built, Alex is pulled into an underground resistance determined to expose the truth before the next phase begins. Together, they must reveal LifeSpan's darkest secret and stop a future where free choice is engineered out of humanity one patient at a time.

A near-future technothriller about genetic engineering, control, and the fight to protect human autonomy, The Compliance Protocol asks one chilling question:

If your thoughts can be edited, how do you know which ones are yours?
