The Shadow of Twin Moons - Hardcover

by The Lord Otter (Author)

From prophecies beyond the world, something terrible stirs. The twin moons hover more closely at night than is their wont, foretelling of grand changes in the scheme of the cosmos. It is a time of dire ends and new beginnings, of blood and sacrifice.

A month has passed since the Battle of Miracor. Steel and Stormbright wander the wilds in search of their imprisoned father as General Caerst follows at their heels. The few encounters with their adversary have been close-much too close, in fact.

One dream, however, can make a difference. The truth becomes clear as their quest takes them to Candala. It's a city of thieves, harlots, and information brokers; the streets festooned with drunkards, refuse, and ever billowing smog. Death and danger lurk around each corner. From hidden back alleys, devious eyes observe and wait for the hour of convergence.

The time is close.

What answers shall the brothers find among the loathsome metropolis? Only time will tell as whispers circulate between cutthroats and peasants, vile cults slay in the dark, and strange voices speak on from the shadows between stars.
