We Met at a Halloween Party: The Devil's Road Through Narcissism - Hardcover

by Marcus R. Ferrell (Author)

Maureen and Marcus first met at a Halloween party and agreed to date only after it had been arranged by a mutual friend. Despite a mutual skepticism that they would hit it off, their strong attraction for each other overrode all other concerns. Things were looking bright for the two until the intrusion of some of their family and friends threatened to knock their relationship off its rails. They were surrounded by people who could infuse delight and charm, yet at other times could inject doubt and disorder. Maureen and Marcus learned to deal with difficult personalities, made more challenging by the discovery that some people close to them suffered from severe narcissistic disorders. This book takes you along the path that Maureen and Marcus followed as they successfully navigated their way through narcissism, and how others did too. Reading their story may help you recognize similar behavior in others, and provide insight into ways to better manage such relationships in your own lives.
